Selected work

Real projects, in real conditions.

A serious operator should be able to see who we've helped and how. Below are representative mandates across remote mining and northern projects. Detailed figures are shared under NDA, so outcomes are described at the level each client has approved.

Air Logistics Mining Exploration

Sourcing rotary-wing access for a remote deposit

Greenland Resources

Challenge
A deposit with no road and no runway. Access depended on scarce helicopter capacity, and the wrong assumption would blow the program budget.
Our role
Air logistics lead for the aviation access.
Approach
Ran a structured search across rotary-wing operators, screened each for availability and capability, and built the access plan around aircraft that could actually do the job.
Result: A costed, operator-backed access plan the client could commit to, in place of a spreadsheet estimate.

Operations Mining Active site

Running the air logistics of an active operation

Torngat Metals

Challenge
Aviation was spread across the client's team with no single owner, which is where cost and risk quietly accumulate.
Our role
Air logistics and operations management.
Approach
Took the aviation off the client's desk: managing logistics, coordinating personnel movements, and acting as the single point of command for the operation's flying.
Result: One accountable team owning aviation, so site leadership could stay focused on the mine.

Operations Government Aerodrome

Relief and interim aerodrome management

Representative · Northern operators

Challenge
A remote aerodrome exposed when the manager is absent or the role is unfilled. The airport still has to stay open and compliant.
Our role
Interim / relief airport management.
Approach
Place trained Cirrus people into the operation to hold safety, compliance, and daily running while the client stabilizes or hires.
Result: Guaranteed continuity, with no gap in safety or service. A repeatable engagement we run for northern operators.

Feasibility Mining Front end

De-risking the aviation before first flight

Representative · Project developers

Challenge
A developer 12 to 24 months from first ore, with an aviation estimate built by people who had never worked the site.
Our role
Aviation feasibility and RFP scoping.
Approach
Independent, field-tested feasibility study, followed by an RFP scope that buys the right aircraft and operators rather than the cheapest-looking bid.
Result: A plan de-risked before the budget was locked, preventing expensive modifications downstream.
